This policy explains what personal information China Sourcing Pro (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this site or buy our guide, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep this deliberately plain — if anything here is unclear, email us and ask.
The short version: we collect your email address when you buy, we use Meta’s advertising tools to measure our ads, and our payment processor handles your card — we never see or store your card details. We don’t sell your information to anyone.
01Who we are
This site and the China Sourcing Pro guide are operated by Nawab Deen LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. For any question about this policy or your personal information, contact us at adnanshafique1992@gmail.com.
02What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you purchase the guide. Your name and message content if you contact us by WhatsApp or email.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by our payment processor, Gumroad. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and your email address — we never receive, see, or store your card number.
- Usage information. Standard technical data your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the site or ad that referred you.
03Cookies and advertising tools
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It places cookies in your browser and reports back to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed and whether you clicked through to buy. We use this to measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who visited but didn’t purchase.
You can control this. Opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you buying or reading the guide.
04Why we use your information
- To deliver the guide you paid for and send your receipt.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make this business run:
- Gumroad — payment processing and delivery of the guide.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, via the Pixel described above.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Payoneer — receiving our payouts.
Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
06Where your information goes
We operate from China, our company is registered in the United States, and many of our customers are in South Africa. Your information will therefore be processed outside South Africa, including in the United States. Our service providers apply their own safeguards for these transfers. By using this site, you understand that your information is processed in these locations.
07How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and support purposes. Contact records are kept for as long as our conversation is useful to you and to us.
08Your rights
Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing messages.

09Security
This site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.
10Children
This site and the guide are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
