These terms apply when you buy the China Sourcing Pro guide or use this site. By purchasing, you agree to them. Please read the refund section carefully before you pay.
Refunds: the guide is a digital download delivered instantly. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Everything the guide contains is listed chapter by chapter on our home page before you pay — please read it, and if you’re unsure, message us on WhatsApp and ask before buying rather than after.
01Who you’re buying from
The guide is sold by Nawab Deen LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Payment and delivery are handled by our processor, Gumroad, whose own terms also apply to the transaction.
02What you’re buying
A digital PDF guide. When your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link by email immediately and can re-download it from your Gumroad library. No physical product is shipped, and no ongoing service, coaching or membership is included in the purchase price.
03Refunds and cancellation
All sales are final. Because the product is delivered digitally and in full at the moment of purchase, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or partial credits.
The two exceptions, which we will always honour:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase in error.
- The file never arrived and we cannot deliver it — though in practice we will simply send it to you.
If the download doesn’t reach you, check your spam folder first, then email adnanshafique1992@gmail.com and we will get it to you.
04Licence and permitted use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide for your own business. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or upload the guide;
- reproduce it, in whole or in substantial part, in your own material;
- use it to create a competing product or course.
The guide and its contents remain our intellectual property.
05Educational content only
The guide is educational material. It is not financial, legal, tax, customs or investment advice, and we are not your advisor. Prices, exchange rates, import duties, tariff codes and platform rules change constantly and vary by product. You are responsible for confirming current costs and the rules that apply to your specific goods before you spend money.
06No guarantee of results
We do not promise or guarantee any income, profit, margin or business outcome. Any figures, examples or calculations shown in the guide or on this site are illustrative only, not a forecast and not typical results. What you achieve depends entirely on your own product choice, pricing, supplier, effort and market conditions. Importing carries commercial risk and you may lose money.
07Your responsibilities as an importer
You are solely responsible for complying with the law wherever you import. That includes declaring your goods correctly and paying the duties and VAT you owe. The guide tells you plainly not to import counterfeit or branded goods, and not to under-declare value. If you choose to do either, that is your decision and your liability alone.
08Inspection and shipping services
Our factory inspection and door-to-door DDP shipping services are separate from this purchase and are not included in the price of the guide. They are quoted, agreed and contracted separately, on their own terms, case by case. Nothing in the guide obliges you to use them, and nothing on this page constitutes an offer or quote for them.
09Third parties
The guide references third-party platforms and services — including Alibaba, AliExpress, 1688, WeChat and DHL — which we do not own, control or represent. We are not responsible for their conduct, pricing, policies, availability or for any dealings you have with any supplier you find through them.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the guide or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost stock, seized goods, customs penalties or losses arising from your dealings with any supplier. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
